    The methodical pace of this class allows students to explore postures and gain confidence with their practice. Intentional breathing and relaxation techniques are incorporated throughout, promoting a more balanced mindset. Suitable for all skills levels. Benefits include: increased flexibility and balance, better concentration, reduced stress and tension and a stronger body. This class is suitable for all ages and physical conditions. If you have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before joining class. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Elizabeth offers class two nights a week.   • Unwind to Restore

    The intention of this class is to leave you feeling relaxed, centered, calm, and rested. We begin with focus on breath to calm the mind chatter and bring us present, intentionally letting go of stress from our day. We move gently for 20-30 mins to unwind any tightness from our day and then relax into three carefully chosen restorative poses. We close with a guided meditation while in supported resting pose. Recommended props: bolster or pillow, blanket or towel, and eye pillow or small towel. Please bring a yoga mat.   • Yoga & Strength for Active Older Adults

    Combine the stability and mobility exercises of yoga with the progressive loading of weight training to increase your fitness level, maintain muscle mass, and feel confident in your body. Please bring a mat, blanket, small hand weights, and a resistance band with handles.

    This class combines power yoga vinyasa, resistance training, and cardio/HIIT in a fun, energetic class that pushes your body to engage more muscles and create a body that is both strong and stable as well as graceful and mobile. Work out of your worries and into your best self! Bring a yoga mat and 2 sets of hand weights.
  • Yoga for You (live streaming)

    When you feel better, everything is better! Find joy and connection with your body in this yoga class designed to meet you where you are. Beginners to advanced practitioners will benefit from a wealth of techniques and inspiration for living well in your body. Improve your powers of observation to see your own patterns of mind and movement. Support what's working for you and create healthy new ones designed to help your mind and body become strong and supple. Expect yoga poses, modified actions, breathwork and some meditation. Sessions will be recorded by Instructor and available for 7 days after class to registered students who miss a class. Student should notify Instructor to access the recorded session.
