Let's get active! Children will experience an educational sports and fitness program that teaches the basic fundamentals and mechanics of nine different ball sports and seven key areas of motor development. In this course we will cover: baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, football, basketball, soccer, golf, hockey and tennis. Build self-confidence, practice teamwork and improve fine and gross motor skills with us! In this non-competitive environment, children increase their cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, hand-eye coordination and reaction time. Parents are not required to stay, but are welcome.
