Somatic Yoga

Adult Fitness & Recreation / Yoga -
Fall 2025

This gentle, restorative practice increases flexibility, mobility, comfort and awareness. Slow, small movements retrain muscles to release tension and stress patterns in the body.

For all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Students are also encouraged to bring yoga blocks.
