About Quest Quest is a flexible, experience-based summer program that encourages middle school students to explore the world around them in a fun, structured and safe environment. Each week your child will embark on exciting adventures that focus on building independence, learning important life skills, connecting with their community and most importantly, having fun! Some of the adventures your kids will experience each week include:Community Exploration: Whether it’s going to a Twins game, exploring our trail system, or participating in a service learning project, your child will make connections and experience all the exciting people and places that make our community a great place!Outdoor Adventures: Students will be immersed in many of the great outdoor activities Minnesota has to offer! Adventures include swimming at local beaches, going mini-golfing, learning archery, and going paddleboarding.Field Trips: Monday-Thursday Quest will take a bus to a water park, amusement park or hotspot. Registration will be closed the Thursday before each week of Quest. Hours 7:30 am-5:30 pm Drop-Off 7:30-9:00 am Pick-Up 3:30-5:30 pm Adventures take place from 9 am-3:30 pmRegistration: Online registration will close at 8am on the Thursday before each week of Quest. If you want to register your child for Quest and registration is closed, please call 952-401-6801 to inquire about registration or put your child on the wait-list. Any wait-list students will be contacted by Friday about possible registration. Ages Students entering grades 6-8What to bring: Plan to bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water bottle and a bag lunch each day.Payment Information: Weeks 1, 2 and 3 must be paid in full at the time of registration. Weeks 4-10 can be paid in full at the time of registration, or the Payment Plan option can be selected. If you select the Payment Plan, you will pay nothing at the time of registration, but will be charged $2 more per day to take advantage of this option. Your credit card or account on file will be automatically charged on the payment due dates. These dates are June 12 for weeks 4-6 and July 10 for weeks 7-10. If your card or account is denied, you will be charged a $15 fee per MCE policies, and your reserved spot may be withdrawn.Refund and Change Policy: If you would like to switch scheduled days, this must be done at least 10 business days in advance. There is no fee to switch days, as long as you are not cancelling days (i.e. moving from 4 days to 3 days). If you need to cancel days, please see below. Refunds, less a $10 cancellation fee, will be given when a registration is withdrawn at least 10 business days before the start date of the class. The $10 cancellation fee will apply to each week in which a cancellation must be made. Students must maintain enrollment of at least two days per week. If two refunds occur for the same week of Quest but the refund is requested at separate times, the $10 charge will be applied per transaction. Partial refunds will be considered if injury or serious illness occurs.
