Log rolling is fun and perfect for friendly competition or personal challenge. Set a goal and achieve it! It’s easy to learn and staying on the log longer with each practice is very satisfying.Stepping back and forth on a log improves balance, footwork, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, confidence and concentration.
