Summer Yoga at Robinson's Bay BeachYogaJoin us for summer afternoon-into-evening yoga, as you enjoy the beauty of Robinson's Bay Beach on Lake Minnetonka. We'll cover basic yoga postures with an emphasis on flexibility, strength and relaxation. All levels welcome. Grab your beach towel or yoga mat, bring some friends and let's meet at the lake. All participants should practice safe social distancing. Minnetonka Community Ed will follow MDH Covid19 guidelines in place on class date. Beginners to advanced practitioners will benefit from a wealth of techniques and inspiration for living well in your body. Improve your powers of observation to see your own patterns of mind and movement. Support what's working for you and create healthy new ones designed to help your mind and body become strong and supple. Expect yoga poses, modified actions, breathwork and some meditation.
