Our experienced piano instructors specialize in teaching both parents and young children through engaging online lessons. Utilizing music books carefully designed for young beginners, we create a learning experience that is both enjoyable and tailored to foster foundational skills and a love for music. 4-week short session 1 starts on Thursday 9/11 4-week short session 2 starts on Monday 10/20 Weekly 30-minute lessons are scheduled Monday through Thursday. District Honor Band

Enjoy making music with fellow middle school band students! District Honor Band is open to middle schoolers who are currently enrolled in a band class within the District. Participation is based on an audition or teacher's recommendation from the middle of December 2025 through January 2026. Students who are accepted will rehearse for eight weeks. A public concert will take place on the last day of class.

Minnetonka Philharmonic

Elevate your performance skills by becoming a member of the Minnetonka Philharmonic. Middle school students are invited to audition for this advanced ensemble through their school orchestra teachers in late September. This opportunity offers a valuable platform for artistic growth and musical excellence! Students will rehearse at MME on Friday mornings before school. Minnetonka Philharmonic will perform as a part of the Winter and Spring Orchestra Concerts at the Minnetonka High School (MHS) Arts Center and attend the Middle Level Orchestra Festival and Competition. Using bold print and colorful method books, students will learn basic music terms and rhythms while exploring the many sounds of the piano in a fun and creative way.
