With over 20 years teaching experience, Sandra Brenes, owner of Studio B Bakery, is happy to share her expertise on Sourdough Bread baking.

Sandra's journey into the world of baking and cooking took an unexpected turn when her Costa Rican mother-in-law showed her the magic of creating wholesome meals from whatever ingredients were on hand. Her effortless approach to provide a wholesome meal for the family inspired Sandra to adopt a more laid-back style in the kitchen, where creativity reigns supreme. This newfound confidence eventually led Sandra to open her own bakery in 2019, where she could share her love for baking with others. While navigating the world of sourdough bread baking, she quickly realized that the abundance of recipes out there could be overwhelming and intimidating. Determined to find a simpler, more efficient method, she crafted her own recipe tailored to fit the demands of my bakery and lifestyle. Now, she teaches this streamlined approach to sourdough to eager students, who are amazed by its simplicity and practicality.
