Adapted Fitness

Youth Recreation -
Winter/Spring 2026

For students with disabilities, ages 15-21. Increase physical fitness, social skills and independence in a strength and conditioning setting.

Participants are paired with a volunteer trainer who will help them to set goals. Students and trainers will work out together one day per week for eight weeks.
