Somatic Yoga

This gentle, restorative practice increases flexibility, mobility, comfort and awareness. Slow, small movements retrain muscles to release tension and stress patterns in the body.


For all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Students are also encouraged to bring yoga blocks.

Renae Ask


As a yoga teacher, Renae's aim is to empower students to find balanced energy, strength, and mobility through safe, gentle movement and connection with breath. She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Devanadi Yoga and her 500-hour SomaYoga teacher training with Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute. She is currently studying at Yoga North to be a 1000-hour yoga therapist. She also studies and offers workshops on Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga.
