Hand Pulled Noodles from Scratch

Adult Enrichment / Culinary -
Winter/Spring 2026

Hand-pulled noodles are so much fun and they are much easier to make than you would think. In this online interactive class, you will learn two different techniques to pull noodles.

We will make 2 types of hand-pulled noodles: Biang Biang and Lamian noodles. We’ll turn Biang Biang noodles into a noodle salad with chili sauce, and we'll use the Lamian noodles in miso noodle soup.
