Minnetonka Preschool Knit Hat
This course, for students with prior German experience, focuses on sharing German texts, discussing stories and watching films to enhance language skills and cultural understanding.
This class meets weekly via Zoom, with course materials and resources available through the Google Classroom learning management system. Join us as we continue to explore the culture, people and language of the German-speaking world!
Martin Hidy began his study of German with his European-born, German-speaking parents. He continued his studies at the University of Minnesota and earned an undergraduate degree in German Education. He has taught German in both small-town and suburban schools and at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels, most recently in the Edina Public Schools. His visits to the German-speaking world include seven trips and tours with students, adults, family, and friends. He has over twenty years of experience teaching German through the Eden Prairie Community Education program.
