Dive into the fun flavors of cooking!  Join us for this series, where each session focuses on a new flavor, technique and recipe.

Nov. 4th - Caramelization and the Maillard reaction—caramelized onions and grilled cheese

Nov. 11th - Emulsion—salad dressings and mayonnaise

Nov. 18th - Fermentation-“Quickling”—quick pickling

Nov. 25th - Aeration—whip cream and foam

Dec. 2nd - Rising and Yeast—focaccia and popovers
