Minnetonka Preschool Knit Hat
Join our fun and interactive Bicycle Repair and Maintenance class designed especially for kids! In this hands-on workshop, students will learn the basics of bike care and repair.
Students will discover how to safely perform simple maintenance tasks like fixing a flat tire, adjusting brakes, and tuning gears. Bringing a bike in need of a tune up is encouraged.
Erik's passion for teaching started when opening a youth bike program east of St. Paul in the late 90’s that is still helping kids today earn bikes while learning how to repair. During his 19 years as the Director of Training at the largest swim school in the Midwest, he developed an understanding for keeping things simple and teach skills that build. He saw a need for not only adults but our youth to learn how to fix the simple to more advance bicycle mechanical issues as well as setting up a bike for a better fit.
