Intermediate Archery (Level 3)

Archery improves concentration, physical fitness, and is a lot of fun! Learn technique, rules, scoring, history, etiquette and equipment care. For intermediate archers only. Coached by NASP certified instructors. All equipment provided.

Prerequisite: Previous participation in Beginner Archery (Level 2) AND coach recommendation, OR previous participation in Intermediate Archery, any NASP Competition program, completion of a White or higher JOAD Achievement Award.

Intermediate Archery will work with archers to develop individual improvement plans focused on specific process improvements to achieve greater consistency at distances of 15 to 18 meters.

This course uses a curriculum from the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) in collaboration with the Minnesota DNR. Participants will learn the fundamentals of archery in a safe, disciplined training program with an emphasis on safety.
