Learn how to use a kettlebell optimally and safely using Hardstyle kettlebell methods. We will practice the technique for the Two Handed Russian Swing, Single Arm Swing, Overhead Presses, Various carries, Deadlift, Rows, Push-Up, Russian Twists, Arm bar, Turkish Get Up, Hardstyle Plank etc. I like to use a "YouGo, I Go" format, it allows one team or partner to work hard while the second rests in between sets. Kettlebells are very high intensity and this allows some recovery between sets, and It makes it a lot of fun. Kettlebells are provided in class to use. You should bring a Yoga mat, lots of water and be able to get off and onto the ground safely to take this class.
