Pilates for Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance, using Pilates, strength training, functional movement and rehabilitative exercise. Toning your arms, legs, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for osteoporosis. Foam rollers, resistance bands, and weighted balls will be introduced. This course is recommended for active adults. Enrolled students have opportunities to make-up for missed classes with-in the session they are enrolled.
