If you are new to kettlebells, this is a great primer class to learn the basic lifts and how to incorporate them in a workout. If you are experienced, you will be challenged with good posture, position and additional weight.We will focus on kettlebell complexes. Kettlebell complexes link several different lifts together so they are continuous and offer great cardiovascular conditioning, improve flexibility and strength training in a very short amount of time.Students must be able to get up and off the floor unassisted to attend this class safely and have approval from their physician to do high intensity strength training. This class is very high intensity. Bring plenty of water and a yoga mat.
