This course works on fundamental movements: Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Press. We take these movements and add load in the form of kettlebells to improve strength and conditioning. Kettlebells are great for both cardio and strength, they use every muscle from your feet, calves, hamstrings, glutes, lats and shoulders. They increase the strength of the posterior chain of muscles (if used correctly) that improve posture and accelerate us.
