Children's Yoga - Yoga CalmDevelop healthy habits for a lifetime of wellness and happiness. Improve personal awareness and learn strategies to maintain focus through fun yoga games, breath, movement and poses. All participants must bring a yoga mat.
Family YogaChildren will experience the joy of yoga in this fun, light-hearted class. Parents and children will discover balance, breathing, endurance and focus through yoga and music. These classes are instructed by Sarina Long, who has taught tween, teen, young yogis, mommy and me and family yoga for nine years and is passionate about the individual, non-competitive nature of the practice, and the way it makes you feel calm and centered. Participants must have their own yoga mat.
Teen YogaCalling all teens interested in learning more about yoga! Practicing yoga reduces stress, improves concentration, increases strength and flexibility, enhances body awareness and balance in life. All participants should bring their own mat.
