    Yoga for You (Live Streaming)

    Find joy and connection with your body in this yoga class designed to meet you where you are. Beginner to advanced practitioners will benefit from a wealth of techniques and inspiration for living well in your body. Improve your powers of observation to see your own patterns of mind and movement. Support what's working for you and create healthy new ones designed to help your mind and body become strong and supple. Expect yoga poses, modified actions, breathwork and some meditation. Sessions will be recorded by the instructor and available for 7 days after class to registered students who miss a class. Students should notify the instructor to access the recorded session.
