You will be guided on an immersive, meditative, and therapeutic forest walk based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku. Slow down and intentionally connect your senses to the healing, stress-reducing beauty of a little-known corner of the metro area's green forested space. Scheduled summer experiences: Wood-Rill Scientific & Natural Area (July 10th, 9-11 AM) Carver Park Reserve (June 24th, Full Moon Walk, 8:30-10:30 PM) Carver Park Reserve (Aug. 14, Moonlight Walk, 7:30-9:30 PM) Please note: For the safety of all participants, MDH and CDC guidelines for safe distancing and masks will be followed on this experience. Guests should wear hiking boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in the rain, but not thunderstorms. Please wear/bring mosquito/tick repellent and sunscreen. Arrive 15 minutes prior to walk. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the immersive nature of the program. Please leave mobile phones in car for duration of walk.
