Recently retired from long corporate careers, they are now dedicating their time to teaching others how to prepare authentic Indian cuisine and vegetarian dishes from around the world. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on helping people incorporate wholesome, vegetarian dishes into their diets while highlighting the nutritional benefits of various spices and ingredients.
