Summer 2025

Looking for a fun, meaningful way to spend time with your daughter this summer?  Join us for the Mother Daughter Run Club - a weekly gathering where mothers, daughters & grandmothers of all ages and abilities come together to walk, jog or run with intention.

In case of inclement weather, we will email you 1 hour prior to the start of class if we plan to cancel for that day and either have a make up class or issue a partial refund for the missed day.
