Minnetonka Preschool Knit Hat
Let’s talk about mental health! Have you ever felt nervous, scared, or worried … that’s anxiety! This interactive class will include education on the topic of anxiety as well as fun games and activities. Occupational Therapy Doctoral student and Project SOAR Intern, Maria Turk, will offer simple tools and discussions to increase coping skills and confidence for all participants.
