This camp provides a comprehensive approach to player improvement, focusing on the mental and physical aspects of team basketball. You will practice strength, agility, footwork, conditioning, shooting, passing, dribbling, and defensive techniques.

In addition 3v3 and 5v5 games, the camp will also feature testing in dribbling, passing, and shooting drills, with prizes presented to top performers. Players will be placed on equal teams based on their performance.
