Minnetonka Preschool Knit Hat
Professional actors and directors will work with up to 60 young actors in each production. The troupe will rehearse for one week and perform the play on Friday and Saturday. Participants experience the excitement of producing an original musical production based on a classic tale.
Set, costumes, props and makeup are provided.
Schedule: Auditions will be held on Monday. Rehearsals will be held throughout the remainder of the week (Tuesday-Thursday). Rehearsal schedules will be handed out after the auditions and will generally run between 8:00 am-12:15 pm. On Friday, rehearsal will begin at 2:30 pm in lieu of the regular morning session. Performances are Friday at 6 pm and Saturday at 10am. Please send a snack with your child daily and a bag dinner on Friday.
Tickets: Two complimentary tickets will be given out to each participant. Additional tickets may be purchased before the show on Friday and Saturday.
Attendance: Rehearsal time is limited, so it is crucial for students to be there for their practice times. In addition, it is expected that all members will perform on both Friday and Saturday.
Due to cast size, not all actors will receive speaking lines, but all will be involved in musical numbers throughout the show.
