Join Barb and Steve as they recount their personal experiences and unique insights from their travels to diverse destinations such as the Faroe Islands, Antarctica, Germany and beyond.

  • January 21: Explore Antarctica 
  • February 11: Experience the world's only underwater round-about tunnel, hiking, and Faroese culture on the Faroe Islands 
  • February 25: Join a bike and barge trip along the Main River in Germany 
  • March 11: Explore a portion of the Amazon River Basin - canoe, hike, fish, and swim with piranha

Barb Kern-Pieh

Barbara Kern-Pieh and Steve Pieh have been volunteers in the Minnetonka community for over 40 years. Steve is retired from Minnetonka Senior Services, and Barb from medical forensic work. Barb and Steve have traveled together to all 7 Continents. Barb and Steve have given over 30 travel presentations and continually get requests for more.
