Small Group Hoops Training - Beginner

These co-ed small group sessions focus on the fundamental aspects of basketball training. Our program emphasizes conditioning, functional movement, and footwork to enhance defensive and offensive skill sets, including ball handling, shooting, and finishing moves, and 1-on-1 competition.
