Most people plan for the financial side of retirement but often don't focus on the personal side. Explore the personal life-planning questions you need to ask yourself before you retire.


Everyone looks forward to retirement, however, leaving one life to begin another is often more difficult than expected. Whether you planned in advance for retirement or it came unexpectedly, there are many aspects of retirement and a “new life” that many never think about prior to retirement. After you retire, your daily life will change in more ways than you can probably imagine. Developing a clear picture of how you want to live your life after you retire will help you make better plans and adapt more easily to the changes retirement brings.

Vicki Dillon is a veteran of the retail field whose dynamic leadership skills help guide large districts in achieving record results. Her motivational and focused leadership style helps maximize sales and achieve business objectives through premier merchandising strategies. Vicki takes pride in her ability to develop a culture that promotes teamwork and leadership development where individuals are mentored, at all levels of leadership, to grow within the organization to take on assignments of greater responsibility.


Vicki worked 33 years for the JCPenney Company with her most recent position as District Manager. She worked in many district staff positions including, District Manager, Store Manager, District HR Manager, District Business Planning Manager for Womens, Cosmetics, and Home, and worked in every division in the store at some point in her career. Her leadership spans softlines, hardlines, salon, cosmetics, Operations, HR and training, and impacted numerous stores in 10 different states.
She was also involved in numerous construction projects including opening, closing, renovating and expanding stores. Vicki Dillon career information and highlights:
