Minnetonka Preschool Knit Hat
Experience full-body relaxation and healing in this 60-minute session using crystal singing bowls, whose sound vibrations support mental, physical and spiritual well-being by resonating through the body.
Dress comfortably, and bring a mat, water bottle, cozy blanket, and pillow and come experience the sound waves.
