Topics include nutrition/supplementation, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, brain stimulation activities, and supporting optimal metabolic processes in the body/brain.

Kassie Kaas

Dr. Kaas earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in biochemistry and molecular biology. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She has completed additional training in functional neurology and functional medicine. She also became a certified Bredesen Protocol practitioner so she could better serve patients diagnosed with cognitive decline, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Her primary focuses of care include brain injury rehabilitation, helping patients balance their hormones throughout life’s transitions, and creating effective and comprehensive care plans for those suffering with cognitive decline, dementia, and AD. She is an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association and is passionate about educating people on how to protect and promote their brain health at any season of life.
