Embark on a flavorful adventure as you explore the art of fermentation! Learn research-based techniques and get hands-on experience making sauerkraut and fermented vegetables to take home.
Explore food safety and acidity to the proper equipment, food and jar preparation and fermenting techniques. Guided by the Hennepin County Master Gardener Volunteer Certified Food Preservation Consultants from UMN Extension, this workshop promises to be both enlightening and fun.
