Let's Talk Labor Coaching

Adult Enrichment / Focus on Family -
Fall 2024

This course taught by longtime labor and delivery nurses is designed to equip expectant parents with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to navigate the journey of childbirth. 

Topics for discussion include: labor induction, natural birth options, pain medications, risk factors in pregnancy, cesarean section, fear about birth, and medical terminology related to labor.
