Minnetonka Preschool Knit Hat
Join chef Jeff Sandino in creating multiple authentic and delicious Asian dishes including egg rolls, fried rice, pork chow mein, egg foo young, and delicious tort.
You'll begin by preparing delicious egg rolls stuffed with pork, shrimp and vegetables served with both hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce for dipping. You'll then prepare fried rice using chicken, shrimp, fresh vegetables, and the secret sauce. Classic pork chow mein follows, served with crispy egg noodles along with egg foo young made with both chicken and shrimp. We’ll finish this extravaganza with a delightful lemon custard tort.
Founder of "Flavors from Home" Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Del. He sought formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in both Mpls and Houston Texas. His 40 + year professional career has brought him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza and the Sunshine Factory, to name just a few. He's appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry, but his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
