Michelle Meadows is a registered yoga teacher through yoga alliance having completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Devanadi school of yoga. She has taught group yoga and fitness classes for over a year and has worked extensively with kids and individuals with disabilities and differing abilities. For the past three years she has worked in Saint Paul Public Schools in the elementary autism program and has taught her students yoga. She is experienced in teaching both kids and adults.
