Vicki Dillon is a veteran of the retail field whose dynamic leadership skills help guide large districts in achieving record results. Her motivational and focused leadership style helps maximize sales and achieve business objectives through premier merchandising strategies. Vicki worked 33 years for the JCPenney Company with her most recent position as District Manager. She worked in many district staff positions including, District Manager, Store Manager, District HR Manager, District Business Planning Manager for Womens, Cosmetics, and Home, and worked in every division in the store at some point in her career. Her leadership spans softlines, hardlines, salon, cosmetics, Operations, HR and training, and impacted numerous stores in 10 different states.
