Tai Chi for Arthritis, Chronic Pain, and Balance

Tired of doing the same old exercises to reduce your chronic pain or improve your balance? Learn a gentle way of moving that will improve your balance, range of motion, mental/physical capacity, and relaxation.


You will also learn techniques to reduce your pain, decrease your risk of falling, and improve your immunity. “Play Tai Chi” with us and improve your quality of life.


Suitable for most physical conditions. Can be done sitting or standing. Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. No sandals, please.

Lionel Locke

Lionel is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor through the Tai Chi with the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association. He has been practicing Yang form, and teaching SUN forms for more than 7 years. Lionel is also a member of the US Tai Chi Community.

Lionel is also a Level II Curling Instructor, certified through the United States Curling Association, and offers classes combining Tai Chi principles with curling exercises honed over years of competitive curling.
