Minnetonka Community Education

The Tonka Mountain Bike Club is open to 6th-12th grade recreational riders of all skill levels who want to share their interest in mountain biking. The Club organizes trail rides in the West Metro area to facilitate enjoyment and skill development for all participants.

Club capacity is determined based on the number of adult ride leads in order to comply with established safety guidelines. Please indicate your willingness to be a ride lead when you register your participant.

Schedule: September and October, 2-3 times/week, tentatively Tuesdays and Saturdays.

• Races are not a feature of the Club, but there are Metro-area races that individuals could pursue if interested.
• Special events may include Fall de Tonka the last Sunday in September (as a rider or a volunteer).

Registration Fee: $125

Additional Costs and Requirements: Additional apparel may be purchased but not required. Participants must provide their own bike, helmet, and transportation.
