Take-out pizza may just become a thing of the past! Create fantastic flatbread pizzas and pizza panini from scratch!
On the Menu: Wonderful Flatbread Pizzas, Pizza Panini, and OUT-OF-THIS WORLD Pizza Sauce! TWO of the instructors’ personal recipes for two different homemade doughs will be used. One will be for the flatbread pizzasand the other for the Panini Rolls that will be turned into pizza panini! The instructor will provide Step-by-step guidance and instruction help to ensure the process is as simple as can be. Participants can personalize their flatbread Pizzas and Panini with toppings and fillings of their choosing.
If children/youth are participating, supervision is required. No refunds after ingredient list and packet are received. Ingredient list and packet will be sent 5-7 days before class. Registration fee can include participants from the SAME HOUSEHOLD ONLY.
Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking for well over 40 years since she was roughly 6 years old. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using ones senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was also a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form on the weekends as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with ones own hands and creativity was, and continues to be an expression of love in her home. As a skilled home cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. Sweet, savory, or doughy, she enjoys experimenting and creating in the kitchen daily. Pressure cooking with a stove-top cooker has been a part of her culinary repertoire for over 25 years. Tess is creating new recipes and reinventing traditional ones using the Instant Pot which is taking her pressure cooking to another level!
