Adult Fitness & Recreation / Fitness Dance -
Winter/Spring 2024

Get groovin’, movin’, energized, and fit through dance! Routines designed for an effective head-to-toe work out that benefits the mind, body and soul! Improve balance, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular strength as you have fun dancing. If you have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before joining the class.

No prior dance experience is required. Everyone is welcome. Wear comfortable workout clothing, and athletic shoes, and bring water.

Maggie Wallenta

Maggie began tap dancing at age 5 and since that moment, immediately fell in love with dance. She has dance training and performance experience in tap, jazz, flamenco, belly dancing, and Latin dancing. She is currently dancing salsa and bachata with Baila con Pasion Dance Company. Dance Fusion and Zumba combine her passions for Latin dance and intercultural learning. She is a certified Zumba instructor and loves sharing her joy for dance with others.
