Intentional breathing and relaxation techniques are incorporated throughout, promoting a more balanced mindset. Suitable for all skills levels. Benefits include: increased flexibility and balance, better concentration, reduced stress and tension and a stronger body. This class is suitable for all ages and physical conditions. If you have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before joining class. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Elizabeth offers class two nights a week. If you cannot attend class on the night you signed up for, you may attend class on the other night. Please bring a yoga mat. Beginners to advanced practitioners will benefit from a wealth of techniques and inspiration for living well in your body. Improve your powers of observation to see your own patterns of mind and movement. Support what's working for you and create healthy new ones designed to help your mind and body become strong and supple. Expect yoga poses, modified actions, breathwork and some meditation. Sessions will be recorded by Instructor and available for 7 days after class to registered students who miss a class. Student should notify Instructor to access the recorded session.Fall 2022
