Nicki Black is the founder of Polished and Beyond LLC, an etiquette training company in Minnesota. With a commitment to the cultivation of good manners and social etiquette, Nicki's mission revolves around instilling timeless yet modern principles in individuals of all ages. She earned a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is certified as a corporate etiquette trainer by Jacqueline Whitmore, Founder of The Protocol School of Palm Beach. Nicki has a wealth of professional experience working with individuals of all ages. She is passionate about helping others excel in various social situations and make positive impressions wherever they go.
