Learn effective self-defense techniques and develop discipline, self-confidence, fitness and total health. Participants of all ages benefit from this traditional martial art. 

This is a great adult and child class. Wear comfortable clothing. Uniforms and gear may be purchased through the instructor. Periodic testing is available for students wishing to advance their skills and attain their black belt.
