French Bakery This will be a fun week as we explore some classical French recipes. Cinnamon Palmiers anyone?

Food Science Discovery Week Learn about Caramelization, Fermentation, Emulsion, and more!
Recipes may include: 
Caramelization and the Maillard reaction—caramelized onions and grilled cheese
Emulsion—salad dressings and mayonnaise
Fermentation-“Quickling”—quick pickling
Aeration—whip cream and foam
Rising and Yeast—focaccia and popovers
Chocolate Lover's Week All things chocolate during this week. Take home your own homemade chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Truly for chocolate lovers.
