Combine technique, safety and fun with these track and field events that will keep you active and having fun. We teach sport-specific fundamentals, coordination and boost self-esteem throughout the program!

Athletes will learn several Olympic-style events such as the 50m Dash, 100m Dash, 4X1 Relay, Long Jump, Standing Broad Jump, Shot Put, Javelin Throw, and Discus.
