Start your training for the Tonka Youth Triathlon! Local triathlon staff will share their strategies and training tips. We’ll also cover transitions, bike riding safety and triathlon rules.

Bring your swimsuit, swim cap and goggles. A bike is not needed. Register in advance or at the door.
