Minnetonka Preschool Knit Hat
Coach Clarence's hoops program focuses on the fundamentals of basketball training for boys and girls.
The program emphasizes strength training, conditioning, functional movement and footwork to create reactionary defensive and offensive skills, including ball handling, dribbling, shooting, and finishing.
Session Details
- 80 minutes total
- Athletes will be responsible for completing a dynamic warm-up and functional fitness routine within the first 20 minutes of the session.
- Cost: $100 (single athlete), $120 (two athletes)
