Eagle Bluff Winter AdventureOutdoor RecreationHead to Eagle Bluff for a weekend adventure and experience wildlife and staff guided winter activities. Students can participate in ropes courses, learn winter survival skills, experience pioneer-life and many team building exercises. The trip will be led by Minnetonka School District teachers experienced in wilderness adventures, as well as Eagle Bluff staff. Lodge accommodations, buffet-style meals, equipment and bus transportation are provided. All participants must fill out the Eagle Bluff Medical Release form found Here. Middle School RugbyOutdoor RecreationLearn the sport of Rugby in a modified tackle format with no contest in rucks or scrums. Designed for beginners, instruction will begin with game fundamentals. Teams will scrimmage against other middle school teams across the metro. Teams will play 5 games against other Middle School Rugby teams around the metro. Games will be on Thursdays. The coaches are all experienced players and/or certified USA Rugby instructors with a commitment to safety, sportsmanship, and a positive community experience. Practice days and times subject to change depending on field availability. Participants will need to complete at necessary paperwork. Click here for paperwork. Vertical EndeavorsOutdoor RecreationLearn proper climbing techniques in a controlled setting that is fun, exciting and safe for all skill levels. Activities include cooperative group initiatives, top‐rope climbing and climbing games. No experience is necessary. In addition to our focus on fun, all camps promote awareness and understanding of climbing safety. Our instructors bring years of knowledge in both the art of climbing movement and the technical know‐how of rope and anchor systems. You will leave camp with a renewed sense of self‐reliance and accomplishment, as well as a deeper respect for the rock climbing community. Please bring a lunch.
