The Tai Chi Ruler form is an ancient and gentle, yet powerful, exercise. It is a unique method of cultivating internal energy as it uses an external object to aid in its development. The system provides a new dimension of deep calm. Tai Chi Ruler is done in continuous repetition with deep, slow breathing while holding the ruler between both palms. The movements can be done standing or sitting, and imitate the movement of internal energy the body. Suitable for all physical conditions and ages, and requires very little space to do. This course is scheduled to run in-person, contingent upon most up-to-date COVID guidelines established by MDH. In the event course is unable to run in-person, we will transition to a virtual format.
