Pilates for Buff Bones® (Live Streaming)PilatesPilates for Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance, using Pilates, strength training, functional movement, and rehabilitative exercise. Toning your arms, legs, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for osteoporosis.
