No dancing experience needed! Best part - no one is watching you! All eyes are closed during the dance. With a guided meditation each person chooses the moves that best fits them in the moment. There are seven main chakras; these centers of energy may be under or overactive. Balancing them leads to many benefits, including improved confidence and emotional health, enhanced creativity, inspiration, and clarity.
